Pearl Sugar Thermostable granulated (Laped)
Pearl sugar - heat-resistant sugar in the form of extruded granules, used for baking and decorating confectionery, an essential component of Liege waffles.
After baking at high temperatures, it remains brittle and retains a snow-white color, does not melt or caramelize.
Can be used for external decoration of products, or as a filling.
Store in a dry, dark place.
